This study explores how staff behavior and service attitude shape passenger experiences in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) with reference to Tiruppur city. Using primary data from 93 respondents, the research examined demographic profiles, travel frequency, and perceptions of staff behavior. Chi-square tests were applied to Analyze the association between passenger characteristics and key service factors. Results indicate that politeness, helpfulness, and clear communication are highly valued by passengers. Significant relationships were found between demographic variables (age, gender, income) and perceptions of staff behavior, as well as common problems faced. The findings stress the importance of staff training, empathy, and a customer-first approach to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

The internet has completely changed the way people start businesses. Today, many new business owners use online platforms like Amazon or Shopify instead of opening physical stores. This paper looks at the experiences of a specific group of selected entrepreneurs It studies how they use these online platforms to run and grow their companies. The research uses a qualitative method by interviewing these business owners about their daily work. The results show that online platforms give new businesses a great advantage. They make starting a business much cheaper and faster. However, these platforms also create unique risks for small business owners. Entrepreneurs must follow strict platform rules and deal with sudden changes in computer algorithms. If a platform changes its system, an online business can quickly lose its customers. The study shows that the most successful entrepreneurs do not rely on just one platform. Instead, they use multiple websites and adapt quickly to technology changes. In conclusion, this paper provides a simple guide for new online business owners. It helps them understand how to grow safely without losing control of their companies.

The growing concern over environmental degradation has compelled financial institutions to adopt sustainable practices that support ecological balance and ethical responsibility. Green banking has emerged as a strategic approach that integrates environmental considerations into banking operations, products, and marketing practices. This study examines the role of green banking in promoting ethical marketing and strengthening green branding among banks operating in Tirupur District, a major textile and industrial hub in Tamil Nadu. Using a descriptive and analytical research design, primary data were collected from 120 respondents comprising bank customers, business owners, and banking professionals through a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, correlation, and regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The findings reveal a significant relationship between green banking practices, ethical marketing initiatives, and green brand image of banks. The study concludes that green banking not only enhances environmental sustainability but also improves ethical credibility and brand reputation of financial institutions. The paper offers practical implications for banks, businesses, and policymakers to strengthen sustainable financial ecosystems.

The growing adoption of AI is changing the way the banking sector operates. The banks can make their operations more efficient through AI and improve customer engagement, risk management, and competitive performance in globe. Although there is an increasing interest in AI-based innovation in banking, so far there has been limited empirical research that has studied multiple AI technologies together in the Indian banking industry. This study looks into the impact of machine learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation, predictive analytics, generative artificial intelligence on performance of financial sector in India The research design of this paper integrates the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework with the Resource-Based View (RBV) to explain how the strategic use of AI leads to firm transformation. The researchers will use a positivist research philosophy, deductive approach and cross-sectional survey design. A structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data from 350 banking professionals from public sector, private sector and foreign banks located in India. The multiple regression was run to find out how the AI technologies influence the performance of the financial sector together. Through the thorough investigation, it also adds value to the existing literature with useful insights from an emerging market and from investigating multiple AI technologies within a single framework. Accordingly, the results imply some theoretical, practical, and policy contribution to a responsible AI adoption, digital transformation, and sustainable competitiveness of the financial institution in contemporary settings.

The way that gadgets interact and communicate is being significantly changed by the Internet of Things (IoT), which provides previously unheard-of efficiency and ease. But there are also significant security issues given forth by this networked world. Because of its special features, including resource limitations and a wide variety of device kinds, traditional network security measures are frequently insufficient for IoT systems. This paper investigates the state of network security in the Internet of Things age, looks at the unique problems that IoT settings provide, and offers creative fixes and industry best practices for protecting IoT networks. It illustrates the efficacy of these strategies in reducing IoT security threats using extensive analysis and experimental data.

In the textile sector, quality control is crucial since flaws in fabrics, yarns, dyeing, and finishing have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and production efficiency. In order to address the heterogeneity frequently present in textile processes, this study suggests a fuzzy chain sampling strategy. Single-sample acceptance probability are calculated using the Poisson distribution using inspection report data, and chain acceptance is based on successive acceptable samples. Fuzzy acceptance intervals are produced using ?-cut decomposition, and the defect fraction is represented as a triangular fuzzy number. After applying an appropriate fuzzy decision rule, the plan is optimized by modifying the acceptance number and chain length to minimize inspection effort while balancing the risks for producers and consumers. The resulting plan offers a more flexible and reliable approach to quality assessment in textile manufacturing.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly influencing the creative processes of the textile and fashion industries, particularly through Generative AI, which can produce visual concepts from textual prompts. This study explores the potential of Human-AI co-creation in textile design, with specific focus on the development of innovative textile patterns using Generative AI. The study examines how AI can support textile designers in generating design ideas, exploring pattern variations, developing colour combinations and refining surface design concepts while retaining human creativity and decision-making. A design-based exploratory approach is adopted in which textile design concepts are developed through AI-assisted generation and subsequently reviewed and refined by the designer. The study also considers the advantages and limitations of integrating Generative AI into the textile design process, including creative exploration, design efficiency, originality, cultural representation and the continuing importance of human intervention. The findings indicate that Generative AI can function as a creative support tool rather than a replacement for the textile designer. Human judgement remains essential for selecting, modifying and adapting AI-generated concepts according to aesthetic, functional and textile-specific requirements. The study highlights the potential of Human-AI collaboration to provide new directions for contemporary textile pattern development and digital textile design practices.

This study presents a comprehensive comparison between bamboo and cotton fibers, focusing on their cultivation, environmental impact, processing methods, textile properties, comfort, sustainability, and economic aspects. Cotton, a long-standing staple in the textile industry, is known for its durability and widespread availability but poses significant environmental concerns due to its high water usage and pesticide reliance. Bamboo, a rapidly renewable resource, is often praised for its eco-friendly cultivation, natural antibacterial properties, and luxurious texture. However, its commonly used chemical processing methods can undermine its sustainability claims. The analysis highlights the trade-offs between the two fibers, emphasizing the importance of responsible sourcing and production practices. Ultimately, the study suggests that while cotton remains the more economical and accessible option, bamboo has the potential to become a more sustainable alternative if processed using environmentally safe techniques. This comparison aids consumers, manufacturers, and policymakers in making informed decisions toward more sustainable textile choices.
